ArcoAire HVAC Reviews offers all the products we have reviewed for the ArcoAire brand. That currently includes air conditioners and heat pumps, but we will soon expand this to gas furnaces, geothermal heat pumps, and package units (gas packs). ArcoAire offers HVAC products in the base economy to middle-efficiency levels for air conditioners, gas furnaces, and heat pump systems.

ArsoAire uses two names to describe its product line up for their HVAC equipment:

• DuraComfort™ Series offers the highest efficiency ranges and equipment with all the bells and whistles. Among these products are Energy Star Rated air conditioners and Energy Star Rated heat pumps. ArcoAire does have gas furnaces that are Energy Star rated also (coming soon in a future review).
• Performance Series is the ArcoAire economy grade HVAC equipment for those less discerning about higher grade equipment and efficiency levels. No bells and whistles type of equipment that is plain and simple. We cover the air conditioners and heat pumps, and soon the gas furnaces, package units, and geothermal heat pumps will be listed in those categories.

Efficiency and Warranty Information | ArcoAire HVAC Reviews

For all brands of HVAC equipment, the efficiency ratings will vary from one product to the next. We always advise our readers to consult the brand’s website to verify efficiency levels, especially if the buying decision is based on efficiency rating. Efficiency ratings change, and we do try to keep up, however, it’s difficult to do when we are tracking numerous brands. That is why we advise you to check the brand’s website to verify efficiency ratings.

We also include warranty information in our reviews. We advise the consumer about the necessary warranty information and what to look for in the basic warranties offered. Some of our reviews have a brand versus brand page to compare one brand to another. At this time, we have none for ArcoAire but could shortly depending on our editorial schedule and basic requests from our readers.

Criteria for Reviews

We have different criteria for our reviews. You will see listings for models and series when the manufacturer has different series in their model lineup. Most manufacturers have at least three series of models. Within those three series of models are several models available with various features.

Efficiency Listings

When the product is Energy Star rated we list it with the efficiency rating. Efficiency ratings are subject to change at anytime by the manufacturer. Therefore we recommend you always check with the dealer or manufacturer for current efficiency ratings.

About Arcoaire

ICP or International Comfort Products own Arcoaire. ICP is owned by United Technologies, which is the parent company of Carrier, Bryant, and other HVAC name brands. Many of the systems offer the same engineering as Carrier and Bryant and have a similar look to them.
