Armstrong Condensing Units Reviews - Professional Opinion

Armstrong is a subsidiary company of Lennox so some of the engineering that goes into Lennox condensing units end up in the Armstrong condensing units. The difference between them are brand name of course, and Armstrong condensing units are designed as a builders grade condensing unit for quantity sales. My professional opinion from working on Armstrong condensing units are that they are basic units without all the bells and whistles. These condensing units are not over-engineered and parts can be bought at most supply houses which is good for the consumer as getting proprietary parts for top of the line equipment can be expensive if a problem develops.

Quality of Installation Versus Name Brand

I think the quality of installation of any type of HVAC equipment has a higher weight than any name brand. Therefore it is important to hire a competent qualified HVAC contractor to install the system. Additionally, never fail to overlook other things such as the duct work or even the proper size of the equipment. Being too small or too large will cause problems in different ways for your home and your comfort.
