The new Hurst dual/fuel gas or oil boilers are in the process of being installed. The boiler hot water plant will be powered by these boilers to the tone of approximately 24 million BTU's and the hot plant manager has the option of switching from gas to oil or back again depending on the price of fuel and other factors.
