On a system with one capillary tube in lieu of two TXV assemblies, shouldn't the liquid line be cold during the reverse cycle?  Hasn't the refrigerant expanded to low-side pressure level before traveling back out outside? (I'm talking about during heating mode...after leaving the indoor coil)

Maybe I have improper charge...I read 90 psig on the low side and ~210 on the high side.
