I HAVE A 3 YEAR OLD AMERICAN HOT WATER HEATER

i HAVE TO RELITE THE PILOT SEVERAL TIME A DAY ( PAST 2 WEEKS )

KKNOW CAN'T GET IT STARTED AT ALL,TRY LIVING WITHOUT HOT WATER.

TO MAKE THINGS WORSE, AFTER PAYING A PLUMBER $100, JUST TO LOOK AT IT.

I DECIDED TO RESEARCH AMERICAN ON THE INTERNET, WELL, TO MY SURPRISE, WE ARE NOT THE ONLY

ONES WITH THIS PROBLEM. IT SEEMS IF YOUR LUCKY AMERICAN WILL SEND YOU SOME PARTS (YOU

PAY THE SHIPPING), BUT IT IS NOT SOLVING THE PROBLEM, AND IT IS STRONLY SUGGESTED THAT

WE PRUCHASE A NEW HOT WATER TANK, THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCT. A HOT WATER TANK SHOULD

LAST MORE THAN 3 YEARS, I AM LOOKIN INTO A CLASS ACTION LAW SUITE. THERE ARE MANY MANY

UNHAPPY AMERICAN HOT WATER TANK CUSTOMERS THAT NEED TO GET SOME COMPENSATION.
