Have had a 3-ton American Standard heat pump for 20 plus years. Has been a strong and reliable unit. Last summer had to replace a fan motor but nothing major in all the time I have had it.....however it is getting a little old and have decided to replace it this spring (before the hot weather sets in) with a newer, more efficient unit....I am utilizing my experience and purchasing a new American Standard unit! Very pleased with the quality of the equipment!
