Thermo-Pride Gas Furnace Review

Thermo Pride is famous for their oil furnaces but Thermo Pride does produce a full-line of HVAC products including gas furnaces to compliment the Thermo Pride oil furnaces. For gas furnaces Thermo Pride offers three models of gas furnaces: one is 90+% AFUE and the other is 80% AFUE.  That's it. Thermo Pride only has two models of gas furnaces and claims that they don't focus on competing with the competition in the HVAC market as much as they focus on quality. Some qualities of Thermo Pride gas furnaces are:

  • Two-Stage gas furnace operation in the Thermo Pride 90+% AFUE gas furnace

  • Variable Speed direct drive blower motor in Thermo Pride Premiere series gas furnace

  • Lifetime limited warranty on the heat exchanger and it is transferable

  • Silicon nitride igniter for direct ignition of the burners which means no pilot light to worry about

  • Powder coated finish on the cabinet

Thermo Pride has been in business for more than 50 years and they take pride in producing low cost high quality HVAC equipment.
