Trane Condensing Unit Reviews

Trane condensing units offer SEER ratings up to 20 SEER and are available for residential and light commercial applications with air conditioner and heat pump condensers. Trane condensing units are also manufactured for heavy commercial applications and these condensers will be reviewed in an upcoming review section for commercial HVAC. Various features of select Trane condensing units include:

  • Select Trane condensing units use corrosion and rust resistent materials for durability

  • Select Trane condensers are Energy Star rated

  • Select Trane condensing units offer multi-speed or variable speed motors

  • Select Trane condensers offer two-stage scriol compressors for energy efficiency

  • Select Trane condensers have an optional communications module for control and diagnostics

In 1910 James Trane and his son Reuben began manufacturing a low-pressure heating system to heat homes. Trane has a long history of innovation dating back to its founder and his son including changing the concept of air conditioning for large buildings when in 1938 Trane introduced the Turbovac which was the HVAC industries first hermetic centrifugal refrigeration machine.

If you have a particular model number for any type of HVAC Equipment please email us and we will do an HVAC technical review of the air conditioning or heating equipment for you.
