XP-19 heats much higher than expected! Very quiet operation and very efficient!
Higher effiecient heat pumps have less tolerance. So they have to be installed correctly and the duct work has to be right as well. A good contractor will know this!

Have not been so lucky...I have an XP-19 heatpump installed in October 2007. So far it has had to have the defrost board replaced and now it has wires that shorted out, burned a hole in the copper tubing and released all of the refrigerant. None of which is covered under the warranty. Going to cost me upwards of 900.00 to repair. Lennox warranty is a joke! And I would never recommend thier products to anyone!!
