The motor broke ONE day before the 3 year warrenty, costing us $400 in labor. Now, months later the control panel has caused our air-conditioning unit to stop working. We have another repair person, not Lennox, since we no loner trust them, to come try to fix it tomorrow. WE fear it will cost us a huge amount to cure a LENNOX problem. We are really sorry we bought this unit. The old YORK one lasted 17 years with NO repair problems, and we had been told that LENNOX was better. This is a nightmare.
