Air Conditioner and Heating System ReviewsHigh Performance HVAC | Air Conditioning, Heating, & Water Heater Ratings & Reviews |
Yes we know this is a new feature to High Performance HVAC and we welcome your input. If you have a specific request for a review of new air conditioning and heating equipment please contact us and we will do our best to review the equipment you request us to review. We do not sell anything here at High Performance HVAC – We do have a small store where we offer some HVAC products through Amazon.com but we don’t have any big warehouses with a sales staff where we are pushing HVAC products constantly. What does this mean to you? Well it means we can give you unbiased buying advice based on what the HVAC manufacturer is saying in their literature. Also, because Richard still works in the field he is privy to what other HVAC professionals and technicians are saying about HVAC equipment and products. Richard did move up in his career from HVAC Service and Installation Technician to Controls Technician and Start-up to what he is now – a Test Engineer where he tests many different HVAC and Electrical applications including some of the HVAC equipment you will find listed here. He can take his years of experience in the field and apply it here to benefit you. If you have a specific model for an air conditioner or heating system that you want reviewed then please email us and we will review it. Thanks and welcome to High Performance HVAC Air Conditioner & Heating System Review!

I would rate Trane Air Conditioners on different levels. Trane does go above and beyond other HVAC manufacturers to ensure their dealer network has adequate HVAC training. They require dealers to send a specified number of technicians to factory training classes and they encourage dealers to get their HVAC technicians NATE certified. All these things help the end consumer because the chances are you will get a well trained HVAC technician arrive at your door step to install or service your air conditioner. Many times this is more important than anything including price, efficiency, or name brand. After everything is said and done if the air conditioner unit was not installed properly then price, efficiency, and the name brand will all suffer so Trane has a leg up on HVAC training over some other manufacturers so this will ensure you likely get a competent HVAC technician arrive to install or service your air conditioner.
