New Air Conditioning & Heating Reviews

Yes we know this is a new feature to High Performance HVAC and we welcome your input. If you have a specific request for a review of new air conditioning and heating equipment please contact us and we will do our best to review the equipment you request us to review. We do not sell anything here at High Performance HVAC – We do have a small store where we offer some HVAC products through Amazon.com but we don’t have any big warehouses with a sales staff where we are pushing HVAC products constantly. What does this mean to you? Well it means we can give you unbiased buying advice based on what the HVAC manufacturer is saying in their literature. Also, because Richard still works in the field he is privy to what other HVAC professionals and technicians are saying about HVAC equipment and products. Richard did move up in his career from HVAC Service and Installation Technician to Controls Technician and Start-up to what he is now – a Test Engineer where he tests many different HVAC and Electrical applications including some of the HVAC equipment you will find listed here. He can take his years of experience in the field and apply it here to benefit you. If you have a specific model for an air conditioner or heating system that you want reviewed then please email us and we will review it. I have three quotes for a new HVAC system for my home, I would like an outside opionion of the 3 systems because I don’t recognize one of the companies and having a hard time finding information
1st on that I don’t recognize:
New York Energy Star System 15 Seer R410 Air Conditioner 95 % Upflow Furnace
Matching Evaporator Coil 15 Seer R410A with TXV
2nd RHEEM Furnace will have 95% rating with 2 stage variabale speed motor
AC will have 15 Seer two stages of cooling

3rd Lennox G61V Furnace XC 13 AC 14.5 Seer
95% effeciencey with 2 stage variable speed

For comparison 1st and 3rd are about $8000 but #2 is a good $800 more, basically everything else is the same on the quote…was wondering if it was the brand causing the cost difference and I have never hear or or have experiece with New York…like the company, feel confident in the company but concerned about the equipment being suggested.
